I have experience and useful advice on how to find a home in Florida at a value.  My advice is clear and unique. I look for homes with long term appreciation potential based on local market conditions and home quality factors. I rank homes on quality factors such as  noise levels, proximity to roads, neighbourhood potential/trends., building material, tax trends, environmental health factors, non obvious payments, rental income potential, resale value.

Good news: I also write language software on my own (I am writing Amish and Polish language learning software). Therefore, I am not a desperate Realtor wanting to make a real estate transaction.
