Beach Condos St. Augustine

Condos on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine with my commentary. Beach life is great.  If you want to walk on the beach everyday and not have to worry about the lawn buy a condo on the beach.  You feel great, just simply from the air. The only thing to be cognizant of is the HOA fee. If it is like 500 dollars a month to me that is a mortgage. If it is 200 dollars a month I can deal with it as you get something for it.

1.  Anastasia Condominiums – A gated, oceanfront condominium community that is only 15 minutes away from St. Augustine. This seven-story complex with excellent views is situated on St. Augustine Beach. Floor plans include ocean overlooking patios, private balconies and large sliding patio and balcony doors. There are three floor plans to choose from including two bedroom, two bedroom oceanfront and three bedroom oceanfront plans. Amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, tennis courts, and a heated pool.
2. Ocean Village Club Condo Rentals – Ocean Village Club was named the Florida Condominium Community of the Year in 2104. This gated condo community is situated on St. Augustine Beach and has a private walkway to the beach. Condos are either oceanfront, have a pool view or an ocean view and all have patios or balconies as well as washers and dryers. There are three floor plans including single bedroom and two bedroom plans. Amenities include two swimming pools, picnic area and BBQ grills, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse.
3. Pier Point South – Pier Point South is located on St. Augustine beach close to the St. John’s Fishing Pier and the Park, where local events are often held. They provide affordable rental condos. All condos have two bedrooms and there are four floor plans to choose from, including two poolside view floor plans and two ocean front view floor plans. Amenities include a pool, which is heated during the winter and private beach access.

   

4. Four Winds Condominiums – Four Winds Condominiums are located on Crescent Beach and the property has beautiful landscaping as well as ocean views. Condos have a private patio or balcony as well as a washer and dryer. There are five plans to choose from including flats and townhomes that are either poolside or Oceanside, ocean front tri-level condos, ocean front efficiencies and oceanfront townhouses and flats. The amenities include basketball, shuffleboard, tennis and two heated pools.
5.  Sand Dollar Condominiums – Located only minutes from the historic district of St. Augustine and right off of Crescent Beach, the offer condos with floor plans suited for larger families. Condos have patios and balconies and there is a laundry facility on site. There are two floor plans to choose from including a three bedroom condo and a four bedroom condo. The amenities include an oceanfront private pool, beach boardwalk, tennis court, and garage parking.
6. Crescent Sandpiper Condominiums – Featuring two bedroom condos located off of Crescent Beach, the Crescent Sandpiper is just a few steps away from the beach and only minutes from downtown St. Augustine. All condos have balconies or patios and there are no units without an ocean view. The amenities include facilities for laundry, a community room, community grills, Wi-Fi, tennis court, sun deck, kiddie pool and oceanfront pool.
7. Coquina Condominiums – At the Coquina Condominiums, you are only ten miles away from downtown St. Augustine and right on beautiful Crescent Beach. Due to a unique “V” shape, every unit has a private ocean view. A sundeck offers the perfect place to view the sunsets as it overlooks the Matanzas Intracoastal Waterway. The amenities include basketball courts, tennis, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard, non-smoking units, a shallow pool suitable for children and a regular swimming pool with large deck.
8. Ocean House Condominiums – The Ocean House condos provide stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean and Crescent Beach. All rooms have a private balcony and sliding patio doors. There are four floor plans to choose from, including three bedroom plans with views of the ocean and pool and two bedroom plans with ocean front views, ocean and pool views or ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views. The amenities include laundry facilities, secure entrances, gas BBQs, putting green, beach access boardwalk, ocean front swimming pool.

   

9. Spyglass Condominiums – Offering pool side and ocean side condos, Spyglass Condos are located just steps away from Crescent beach and only minutes away from historical downtown St. Augustine. All condos have a deck, a full sized garage, and a washer and drier. There are several two and three bedroom floor plans, including ocean front condos that have a bonus room, ocean front condos, pool side condos with a bonus room and pool side condos. The amenities include a boardwalk to the beach, basketball court, tennis court and a private pool.
10. Windjammer Condominiums – Windjammer is a gated condo community that has two and three bedroom condos with views of the ocean and of the Intracoastal Waterway and are located off Crescent beach, just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. Units have private patios or balconies, washers and dryers and are non-smoking. The amenities include a private fishing pier for fishing in the Intracoastal Waterway, tennis courts, parking garage, pool, and a gated walkway to the beach.
11. Tradewinds Condominiums – Tradewinds is located off Crescent Beach, is only twelve miles from downtown St. Augustine, and provides views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway; its unique shape gives nearly every condo a view of the beach. Tradewinds has one bedroom and two bedroom condos and townhouses. The amenities include a beach walkway, a pool, laundry facilities, trailer parking, boat ramp and a private dock to the Intracoastal Waterway, and tennis courts.

    

12. Pelican Inlet Condominiums – Located in quiet Crescent Beach, Pelican Inlet is ten miles away from St. Augustine and they have condos that are two bedrooms and two bath. Every unit has their own washer and dryer. Close to both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, Pelican Inlet has a beach walkway and a boat ramp as well as tennis courts and a pool.
13. Quail Hollow Condominiums – Quail Hollow is a gated condo community with options for couples, families or small groups. Located off Crescent Beach, this condo resort has beachside, dune side and oceanfront condos with patios or balconies. Choose from one, two or three bedroom floor plans. The amenities include a private walkway to the beach and a private pool.
14. Island House Condominiums – Just down the street from downtown St. Augustine and located just steps off of the beach are Island House condos. All units have two units, have either 2 bathrooms or 2.5 bathrooms, and have balconies, washers and dryers. The amenities include racquet ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a pool.

    

15. Sea Haven Condominiums – Nestled in the rolling dunes of St. Augustine Beach, Sea Haven offers ocean views and private beach access. Condos have washers and dryers and every condo has a minimum of two bathrooms. They have floor plans with two and three bedrooms. The amenities include private boardwalk, shuffleboard, picnic area, BBQ grills, putt putt course, and a swimming pool.
16. Ocean Sunrise Condominiums – This condo complex has condos just off beautiful St. Augustine Beach. There are two, three bedroom units and all condos have two bathrooms, and every condo unit has their own washer and dryer. Ocean Sunrise does have a private pool, large patios and an outdoor living area.
17. Captain’s Quarters Condominiums – Overlooking St. Augustine Beach, Captain’s Quarters condos provide ocean views with a variety of floor plans. They have three floor plans to choose from, two bedroom with an ocean view, two bedroom ocean front, and three bedroom ocean front condos. The amenities includes poolside cabanas, swimming pool, washer and dryer, private boardwalk, tennis court, gas BBQ grill, and a covered grill area.
18. Ponce Landing – The condos at Ponce Landing are all two story condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; every upstairs bedroom has a balcony and deck and every downstairs living area has a patio. The amenities include free WiFi, two pools, private garages, laundry facilities, next to a miniature golf course.
