Some people say 96% percent and others 92%, the National Association of realtors have collected statistical information on this. I would say 95%. Just remember, having a website is not the same as getting people to take action on a home. Many realtors have websites or use Facebook, but to draw organic search traffic to it and get them to have interest in a particular listing or home ‘they saw somewhere on the web’, is a different story.
