Some people say 96% percent and others 92%, the National Association of realtors have collected statistical information on this. I would say 95%. But my point is, if you want to cast a large net out to sell your home, you have to have someone tech savvy who is on your team.

Just remember, having a website is not the same as getting people to take action on a home. Many realtors have websites or use Facebook, but to draw organic search traffic to it and get them to have interest in a particular listing or home ‘they saw somewhere on the web’, is a different story. For example, if you notice I intentionally do not have an MLS feed on my website. The reason this site is only one component of my marketing,more a business card site, it also creates duplicate content that could hurt marketing.

Most people use mobile devices to search for their new home, my sites are built for mobile responsiveness. I know technology and how to attract organic traffic to sell you house.
